The Urban Assault Race is set for June 26.
There's a new website for all the many many Juneteenth activities happening on and around June 19th.
The Austin Pride Parade and Festival is set for June 6th.
The Cool House Tour is now set for June 28th.
Still a big TBD is the Keep Austin Weird Festival and 5k

JULY 2009 UPDATES

Austin Green 4th is not happening this year. (But of course the Austin Symphony will be playing to a small crowd of 100,000 in Zilker on July 4th if you're looking for alternate plans.)
There will be a Bastille Day Celebration hosted by the Alliance Frances d'Austin on Saturday July 11th at 6:00pm at the French Legation.

AUGUST 2009 UPDATES

Tax free weekend is actually August 21-23. The government told me wrong last fall, even after I had them double check. *sigh*
The Austin Ice Cream Festival is set for August 15.

THROUGHOUT SUMMER

KGSR's Blues on the Green is taking place at Waterloo Park this year, not Zilker. See the site for all the dates.
KGSR and Blue Dog Rescue also have some more free Solar Powered Concerts coming up.
101X is again hosting free movies in Central Park as part of their 101x Summer Cinema. Choose what you want them to play on their website.
